We’re at 3027 N. Lincoln Ave in West Altadena. We’re open Wednesday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday–Sunday 10am–4pm, and closed Monday and Tuesday. Holiday hours are posted on Instagram.

Walk right in! The case is stocked with the day’s cookies, soft serve, and treats on a first-come basis. Custom orders and cookie cakes are the only things that need to be arranged in advance.

Yes, there’s street parking along Lincoln and a small lot behind the shop. Weekend mornings get busy, so give yourself a couple extra minutes.

Fill out the request form on our Custom Cookies page with your date, occasion, colors, and any details. We’ll send a quote within two business days.

At least two weeks for custom sets and cookie cakes. Larger events and busy seasons (holidays, graduation, Mother’s Day) book up faster, so reach out as early as you can.

Custom sugar-cookie sets start at one dozen. A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due at pickup. The deposit is what reserves your spot on the calendar.

We do, grand openings, client gifts, launch parties, conferences. Send your logo and brand colors with your request and we’ll match them as closely as icing allows.

Cookie cakes come in 9-inch and 12-inch. Pricing depends on decoration; you’ll get an exact quote when you submit your request.

Changes are welcome up until we start baking, usually a few days before pickup. Deposits are non-refundable once your date is reserved, since we turn away other orders to hold it.

Right now everything is local pickup at the shop. Local delivery for large orders may be available for a fee, ask when you order. Shipping is something we’re working toward.

We accept all major cards and contactless payments in-store and online through Square. Custom-order deposits are paid by card.

Yes! Gift cards are available in the shop and make a great last-minute present. They never expire.

Our online lineup is chocolate chip (the salted classic), party sprinkle (funfetti), fluffernutter (peanut butter + marshmallow), snickerdoodle (cinnamon sugar), mayan (chocolate with a little heat), rum raisin (oatmeal, grown-up), and lemon crinkle (bright and powdery), all $36 a dozen. The in-store case rotates with even more, so pop in to see what’s fresh.

We usually have a rotating gluten-free or vegan option, but they sell out. For custom orders we’ll do our best to accommodate, just tell us in your request.

Please tell us before ordering. We do offer gluten-free and vegan options, but everything is made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy, so we’re not a gluten-free or allergen-free facility and can’t guarantee any item is fully free of a given allergen.

Cookies are best within 3–4 days kept in an airtight container at room temperature. Decorated sugar cookies keep about a week. They also freeze beautifully for up to a month, thaw at room temperature.

It varies by class and is noted on each listing. Kids’ classes are usually 8+, and anyone under 18 should be registered by a parent or guardian.
